You can wear a dress but make it a loose one, try to drop it down over your shoulders a little, tie a scarf around the middle like a belt. Wear black boots, long if you have them and black tights. Tie a scarf around your head (bandanna style but with your hair out of the sides) and add LOADS of jewellery, especially long or hoop earings and big necklaces. If you need to stay warm use a shawl or wide scarf.
