She is using me, i think?

first of all its very rude to get into someones things with out asking and I would put my foot down and tell her enough is enough.I would aslo put my foot down about the other stuff as well its very great of you to help her out and you are a great friend,however its not your responsibilitie to take care of her.Thats her parents job.maybe you should talk to your parents and ask them to talk to her parents about taking care of their child,who apperently needs something.Eitherway its something you need to put a stop to,now before it ends up getting ugly cause you get tired of it and the two of you end up in a huge fight.There is probably organizations in your area that can help her family out,and or give them some advise.They also need to get jobs while they are looking for their dream jobs and someone needs to let know that.Preferably an adult,its not your job or responsibilitie.Stop spending all your money on her all the time,make her do something for herself or learn to stand up to her parents herself and tell them enough is enough.
