Is Stiffness a menopause symptom?

my periods stopped a few months ago and out of the blue every day now i feel tired and stiff, this is weird for me cause ive always been super sonic hyper active. ive also got hayfever with itchy eyes and sneezing with yellowish tiny spots on the cornea both eyes. im usually by default 99% perfect health wize so im not used to this! is this a menopause thing the stiffness? any advice re vitamins or other to cure this!! dont have libido issues thank goodness!
