Can you get your drivers license right after your permit if your 16? through some sort of cl or somthing?

im 16 about to go get my permit i have blown it off till now which i regret, but now im moving out of town but still have to drive into town every day to take me and my brothers to a private school while my mom goes to work. but my point is, is their a way to get your license right after your permit?
