I really think the child support enforcement is such a crock of bolony?

My suggestion is to contact child enforcement and ask to speak to either the supervisor or the head of the unit. Briefly explain the problem and the solution you are hoping to have. What you want is to have your case closed and you will deal with the father directly for any child support payments. If you come up to a wall on that, contact the courthouse and find out how to get a hearing with a judge to stop this bullying behavior by a government unit. It does not require a lawyer. This is what my cousin had to do so because the state kept collecting money and was never paying it to his ex to support the child (she had sought learning disability help through the school district because their son is autistic, which is how their involvement with child enforcement started).
