The Dark Knight vs. Iron Man?

I want to know what movie is better in your opinions. So state the movie and reasons. I'll go first. I prefer The Dark Knight, in my opinion the acting was better in it especially by Heath Ledger. I also think that the villains in it were more believable and the problems of the characters were illustrated better. It also featured many interesting plot twists and overall was more intelligent. I do like Iron Man, but The Dark Knight is better in my book. Now that I've explained myself give me your opinions. Thanks!
