Who's The Better Trio?

KG/Allen/Pierce is the stronger trio because all three are legitimate perennial all-stars. You can count on them to put up consistent numbers every night. Gasol and Odom, however, do not have this consistency. Gasol may have a polished offensive game but he remains very inconsistent on defense. Some nights, you see him just give up and allow opponents to relentlessly attack the basket. Odom has never been able to put together a consistent season. He'll sleepwalk through long stretches and then suddenly surprise you with a couple astoundingly good games. Many Laker fans were actually crying to trade Odom at the beginning of this season.
