Is my friend halluciating because of this??? im really worried about her.?

dont say mean comments about her and her personal problems... well she hasnt really ate within 2 days and she only got 1 hour of sleep within 2 days and she popped some ADHD pills yesterday. she is also halluciating but its wtih all those violent kiler people or not real people like the girl from the ring who is in her TV. why is she doing this and when will it stop? this is not normal for her and she has agreed to stop taking the pills
