Which is better the Palm Pre or the New rumored Iphone?

The rumored iPhone is supposed to have video capabilities and video editing so you can directly upload it to YouTube, the new iPhone is also rumored to be in 32g and 16g running for the traditional prices of the current iPhones. Along with the new 3.0 OS upgrade I can't picture the palm pre overtaking the unbeatable iPhone. Maybe one of you can convince me?
