I Need To Find A Good Color For Highlights! HELP*?

you dont need highlights, your hair is pretty natural blonde, but does not look good.(sorry being honest) I would suggest dyeing it all dark chocolate brown, would look good on you. I am sure seeing your age your prob not aloud though. :) good luck
