Do I Have an Ear Infection?

For about two weeks my ear has felt clogged and my hearing has been muted. It not dirty becasue i cleaned it and theres nothing there. Then starting last night, when i yawn, it pops back to normal but then goes back to felling cloged. i have a bump behind my ear filed with pus on my scalp. what could this be?
