I'm 35 years old and 4.6 inches tall. I weigh 55 kgs at present. I need to lose weight around my thighs and hips, so I began eating a diet of powdered apple textile fiber, soyabean,Zen fiber, big wheat straw from many kinds of plants and also apples, egg plant, cuber,beans, and so on ( 10 grams of powdered diet in 250ml of hot water) 2 servings a day. i also eat 1 meal ( lunch ) 1 egg, 1 slice of bread, an apples or a banana, and a carrot. i exercise for 1 hr and dance for 2 hrs everyday.
