Woes of a well hung short guy. HELP ME PLEASE?

I'm a very short guy, (4 ft 11) and I was blessed? with a rather large . It's 7 inches roughly non erect, and 9.2 when I'm hard. obviously this does cause me problems, because often when I get an I feel light headed, and on one occasion I even ped out. also it's about the thickness of my arm, and my girlfriend can't take it. What should I do?? Would putting a rubber band around it help bits fall off, in a similar way to a sheep's tail?
