Question for mechanics or people who know how to wire things?

I want to make a mechanical raven for Halloween to put on the porch and for the raven to say "Nevermore" every once in a while like Edgar Allan Poe's, but I'm not exactly sure how to do it. I have the fake raven that I got from the Halloween store, so how do I wire it to move the head around and talk?
