Is My Girlfreind Being Truthful with this break?

ok my girlfreind and I have been going out for a year and a month and we have had alotta great times and we spend alotta time together.(4to6 days a week at night for like 5 hours) She was really depressed for awhile. We still hung out but i could see she was sad. After about 5 or six days of asking her whats wrong and a few fights. She said she wanted some times to think about her life and get it straight. She says on one hand she loves me more than anything in the world and wants to be with me. On the other hand she wants to be a teenager and go out and flirt and be a girl. (Shes 18 now been goin out with her since she hit 17). Now i've had quite a few girlfreinds but shes the only one to make me feel the way i do and I think i really love her. Do you guys think she wants this break and will come back or is this just a prelude to a break up between me and her. I don't know which is stronger in her mind. Me or The teenage part.
