I think my 16 month old likes likes my in-laws better!?

So I spend allot of time with my daughter she is the center of my world. We read books, play together and I try to get snuggle time in (even though at this age shes not so into that anymore). When she was a baby I was always the one that could get her to stop crying. Now that shes at the age where I have to start telling her "no" I have noticed she seems to be closer to my in laws then me, when we go over there she wants nothing to do with me. If they babysit her she still cries when I take her away, I expect her to love and be close to them but the other day I heard her call her aunt mama and it broke my heart! Am I overreacting? Is there anything I can do to try to get that bond back?
