I think I've been vaccinated for Scarlet Fever?

Please stop posting this question. It's already been answered and multiple postings are a violation. I already told you scarlet fever is essentially Strep throat with a rash. It hasn't been life-threatening since the 19th century. And if this isn't a pressing matter, then drop it. But since it certainly seems to be for you, call the health dept. in Montreal or contact the school.
