How many words make up a chapter in a book?

So im writing a book and i wrote 23 pages on paper (only front side not on backside) and im not sure how many pages it will come out to once its published People tell me my writing is small but i wouldnt say its extremly small about 9-11 words a line so each page i write is about 250 words please help!?!
