Duran Gonzalez (s) v. Department of Homeland Sec., 508 F.3d 1227 (9th Cir. 2007)?

I've tried hunting down the decision for this case, but no luck, most of the cites only mention it, others are a dude. Is the 9th Circuit as far as this case went? I don't know please help me.
